Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to plan, execute and control the project activities to ensure a successful delivery of the project results.
Significon’s team has a long history of leading and contributing to projects in the life science industry. We bring proven methods and leadership skills to every project. Several members of Significon’s consulting team are certified in project management, including PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE 2 and several customer-specific project management methodologies.
For those customers who don’t have a standard project management methodology, Significon can offer our own methodology – SPMM (Significon Project Management Methodology). SPMM was developed from our own project management experience, and can be seen as a hybrid methodology, containing elements of PMI’s PMBoK Guide, PRINCE 2 and the GAMP Guide’s V-Model.
